We understand that equipment purchasing decisions require clear information and proper confirmation. Therefore, we have established this refund policy to define the applicable conditions for returns and disputes.
Please note that used equipment is supplied based on the actual equipment condition, available technical information, inspection records and confirmed transaction terms. We do not guarantee specific production performance or results, as actual performance may depend on factors including operating conditions, installation, process requirements and maintenance. Any inspection records, equipment information and confirmed specifications shall be used as the basis for evaluation.
Our refund policy is set out below:
1. **Return Eligibility**
A return request may be considered if the delivered equipment significantly differs from the confirmed specifications, condition or agreed transaction terms.
2. **Initiate a Return**
To start a return process, please contact us via sales1@wanpowers.com and provide relevant order details, equipment information and supporting evidence.
3. **Return Conditions**
To qualify for a return assessment, the equipment must remain in the same condition as confirmed before shipment, without unauthorized modifications, damage or missing components.
4. **Shipping and Handling Fees**
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all return shipping, handling, customs clearance and related costs shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
5. **Return Assessment**
Upon receipt of the returned equipment or relevant evidence, we will review the equipment condition, transaction records, inspection information and confirmed specifications to determine whether the return request meets the applicable criteria.
6. **Right of Rejection**
We reserve the right to decline a return request if the claimed issue is caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification, normal wear, external factors or conditions beyond the confirmed transaction scope.
